Who Am I?
Hi and welcome to my blog!
My name is Emelie and this blog is a complement to my Instagrampage "Leavemeamor" where you can follow my travels around the world. Since my Instagram is my main purpose, this blog will only be updated when I have some time over.
So, who am I? I am 29 years old, originally from a town called Norrköping in the beautiful country Sweden. Despite my young age (I believe that I still can be called young?) I have been doing a lot of things. After elementary school (where I had media as a main study), I started to study at Linkoping university. I graduate in 2009 and holds a bachelor of art and science in culture and media production. In 2009 I moved to the capital of Sweden, Stockholm, and startade my own company as a photographer and photographer assisstant. In three years I worked in Stockholm, mostly with fashion photography, and it was really inspiring. I also studied journalism for one year at a distance. After three years in Stockholm I realized that maybe I do not want to work with photography as a full time job. I moved back to my hometown and was thinking over what I really wanted to do with my life. Such a hard thing to know, I want to do so much :)
Since I moved back to my hometown I have been working at a big office which belongs to the government. After two years I had the chance to be a part of a big project which gave me the opportunity to travel and see the world. Despite that I have mostly been working on my travels I have been able to see a lot anyway. Currently I have been visiting 28 countrys.
As you may have noticed I have a big interest in media. This interest began at a young age. At first I was interested in becoming a journalist, then a filmmaker and then a photographer. Today I have realized that I want to work with all of it. Besides travel and media, I also have a big interest in fashion, movies, reading, culture, sport and a lot more!
